Detailed Survey
A detailed survey is the foundation for each project, its provides us with the information we need to create an outline plan on the computer for what structures are currently on the site of project, its purpose is also to identify important points and factors on the site for example – Tree’s, Man-holes, Site boundaries and more.
Free Advice
Advice is something we offer to anybody for free, we do this to help people establish the next best course of action, to give back to our clients and generally create better relationship among our company and our clients, by doing this we can form communication, honesty and user-functional convenience.
Realistic 3D Renders
We create 3d renders upon request for clients that want to see what there plans would look when built in realistic detail, this can also be useful for new build developments to submit alongside a planning application to aide the argument for permission to be granted, This service includes images of the realistic render and a virtual video tour upon request .
Existing Plans
Taking the information we collected from our detailed survey, we can then draft up the existing plans for the property, these are necessary for planning permission and designing extensions.
This service includes floor plans, elevations and site plans.
Electrical Layout Plans
Electrical layouts are provided upon request by the client and aren’t a necessary requirement for planning permission, its purpose is show on plan the type and location of electrical fittings, appliances and lighting fixtures. This information is useful budgeting your project and showing your appointed electricians exactly where and what you want installing.
Detailed Plans
Detailed plans are the plans that are going to be proposed to the council for your project, we develop these plans based on communication with our clients, a knowledge of what the local council will likely permit development for , we also consider how these plans will be constructed and if its practical within the budget you’ve discussed with us. This service includes floor plans, elevations, site plans and location plans.
Planning Application Management
Planning application management is quite simply the process of monitoring and dealing with a clients application from the start which is completing the forms and submitting the drawings, to the end which is getting planning permission approved and all planning conditions that come with it dealt with.
