Mandy’s Project
This project was undertaken for a family friend Mandy
Mandy approached us with the idea of turning the living room area of her modern new build into a more open plan layout. We undertook this project by coming up with different design options and figuring out the limits of what could be built within the planning conditions that apply to the property.
The design we decided upon created an size-able open plan living room, we put two substantially large skylights in and a floor to ceiling sliding door that stretched to nearly the width of room out to the garden, these together allowed the natural to flood into the room, this made the room brighter, feel much larger than it was and more connected to the garden outside.
